Hi, I’m Josie! With over 20 years of experience in creative agencies and degrees in fashion and graphic design, I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse projects—from high-impact marketing campaigns to brand development, web design, event planning, and even video production. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to be part of some unforgettable moments, like working on an Outdoor Channel show in Nebraska and being on set for a commercial that brought my husband’s childhood dream to life by starring alongside his sports hero, Bernie Kosar. It’s all these experiences that have shaped me and continue to fuel my passion for creative work.

When I’m not creating, I’m hanging with Chuck, my husband, who was an extra in The Avengers (ask him, he’ll light up like a Christmas tree), and our pups—Gus Gus, a Golden Retriever who’s a ray of freaking sunshine, and Bilbo, a senior pug mix who’s basically me in dog form. Traveling keeps me grounded and reminds me that life is for living—work can always wait.

Meet Jess!

We’ve been a dynamic duo for five years, traveling the country and working on everything from Renovation Hunters for the Outdoor Channel to hitting up the International Builders Show in Vegas with our pals from Baird Brother’s Fine Hardwood. Jess is a wizard at inbound marketing, social media, blogs, email marketing, and graphic design. Quiet? Sure. But when she speaks, you better listen, because her dry humor is next level.

She’s the proud mama of Oakley, a sweet, blond-haired little dude, and her husband Joe, who’s not only amazing with his hands but flips houses! When they’re not working, you’ll find them in Montana, fly fishing and kayaking in the great outdoors—living their best life.

Jess is my right-hand mime, partner in all things creative, and the one who always knows how to make me laugh (even when I’m stressed out).
